The Mad Bomber is a crazed Baron of the Skorn. A year following the Red War, Uldren Sov freed him along with 7 other Skorn Barons, and worked together to orchestrate a massive breakout from the Prison of Elders. After Uldren murdered Cayde-6, he fled the scene alongside Uldren into the Tangled Shore. He is a munitions-specialist that the Guardian must hunt down and kill. His specialty is rapidly throwing deadly Void bombs from the belt he wears, owing credence to his title.
