Deputy COmmander Sloane is a female Guardian of the Last City who serves as a Vanguard Scout. During the Age of Triumph, she reported to Commander Zavala about the Fallen retreat from all known Fallen territories.[2] During the Red War, she despaired about the fall of the City and the Vanguard.[1]
