Constellation: Tower is a quest for Season of the Wish. It is available after completing the Step 29 of the Wishing All the Best quest.

Speak with Mara in the H.E.L.M.

Mara nods at you.

"Guardian. My Techeuns have felt the ripples of a celestial anomaly within the Black Garden. Some remnant of Riven's power, most likely. As the bearer of Wish-Keeper, it seems appropriate that you be the one to investigate."

Visit the Black Garden with Wish-Keeper to investigate the celestial anomaly.

A celestial anomaly has appeared within the Black Garden. Bring Wish-Keeper with you on your investigations.

Launch Exotic mission "Starcrossed" on Legend difficulty.

Step 2[edit]

Wish-Keeper hums in your grasp, urging you toward the Overland.

Travel to the Overland within the Exotic mission "Starcrossed" (Legend), and find the source of the celestial anomaly.

The Guardian finds a celestial anomaly in the Overland and reveals its message; points of starlight in the sky.

Step 3[edit]

Wish-Keeper yearns to touch the stars and uncover the meaning in their patterns.

Reveal the hidden message.

With Wish-Keeper in hand, the Guardian connects the points of starlight, revealing the constellation of the Tower and unlocking its inscription.

Step 4[edit]

A remnant waits. A message lingering, left behind for its audience. Will you hear it?

The Guardian listens to the message inscribed.

Riven: We have reached the end of all things. Our echoes fade from this place... and all others. So I carve this for you, into the stars, like myths of old. Taranis and I met at the highest peaks of the queen’s dreaming halls. Together, we set on a path that led to where you stand. It was a time when bargain-eaters and bargainers worked in tandem. A cycle of feeding. It ended in a Great Hunt. The near-death of our kind.
Queen Mara Sov: Guardian! Your connection to Taranis activated an ontological reflection. It seems Riven left a message in a bottle. Curious. The era she spoke of was a time of fortification for the Awoken. The Dreaming City should have been a pillar from which we defended this system against the likes of the Witness. Thanks to Riven, it has fallen far from that. Scour her old haunts. Let's make sure she hasn't left anything less pleasant.

The lingering paracausal energy from Riven's message should be reunited with Taranis's remains.
