Reniks, Splicer Priest was the leader of the House of Fear and an ancient Eliskni, even older than Variks by a considerable amount. They somehow managed to achieve immortality and were obsessed with their deranged experiments. They are rather neglectful to their House, rarely ever even becoming involved in their affairs unless it is urgent.
