"All you, now hear: I am Phylaks, the Warrior of Darkness! Life to Riis-reborn! Victory to the Kell of Darkness! Glory to the House Salvation!"
— Phylaks.

Phylaks, the Warrior is a Fallen for the House of Salvation and one of the most trusted lieutenants for Eramis, Kell of Darkness. Phylaks is a skilled Stasis wielder and is as lethal as loyal; who will stop at nothing to advance Eramis's cause.

Biography

Phylaks first gained notoriety at the Battle of Twilight Gap, were she was responsible for the final deaths of several Guardians. She was a member of the House of Devils before they fell at the hands of Guardians. Years later, she answered the call to arms of Eramis, Kell of Darkness and joined the newly formed House of Salvation. In the cutscene that plays during the mission, The New Kell, Phylaks gains Stasis powers from Eramis as a demonstration for her soldiers, and attempted to kill the Guardian as they escaped. After they defeated Elenaks, Salvation Elite, and numerous fallen patrols, she contacted the Guardian, challenging them to a fight and transmitted her location them. After the Guardian fought their way through her forces, Phylaks confronted them in the Well of Infinitude, where she subsequently met her end.

Personality and Traits

As her title suggests, Phylaks is a warrior of the highest order, taunting the Guardian and attempting to degrade them for an easy kill. Phylaks thinks highly of her abilities and will fight to prove her worth. She is well aware of the Guardian's feats, such as their triumph over Oryx, referring to them as his destroyer. Despite this, she thinks of them as dependent of the Traveler and sees them as weak for it.
