Bracus Ph'inn is a Cabal Bracus, that is encountered on Mars in Patrol. He comes in a Goliath, after killing Bracus Jar'uarn and his platoon. The Tank is needed to be destroyed in order to progress the Up to the Stars Quest.
Trivia
- Much like Val Ca'aul, Bracus Ph'inn is not actually encountered in-game since he is inside a Goliath Tank. He is known only through one of the steps of the quest.
