Councilperson Boudan is a Neomuna citizen who participated in the trial of Conrad Jain, who was convicted after an incident with the Vex while running illegal simulations on the CloudArk. Due to the benefit of Conrad Jain's research, Boudan gave him a lenient house arrest and community service hours, and given permission to continue his research under supervision.[1]
