Rakthrin is a member of Xivu Arath’s war council. When in the realm of the dead High Celebrant of Xivu Arath, she spoke to Kelgorath, Risen from Bones about how it holds a mighty tribute. She would shame the Knight Champion of Death for his failure to defeat the Guardian, and how he once served the Witch Queen. Kelgorath would state that he renounced the Witch Sister and was an Instrument of War. Rakthrin stated he was truly one not yet and would summon a piece of Willbreaker, Kelgorath would grap the blade shard, allowing himself to become Taken and bent to the will of the God of War.
