Qabix, Insurgent is the leader of the Cabal Insurgents on Mars and hosts the broadcasts of psionic propaganda which is causing Psions to defect en masse from Empress Caiatl's Cabal empire and is encountered as the final boss of the Exotic Quest, Vox Obscura. They work under Yirix and her conclave.^[1]

Gameplay

Qabix, Insurgent is encountered in the final room of Vox Obscura where the broadcast is coming from. Qabix fights very similarly to Inotam, Oblivion's Triune, however every third of their health that is depleted, they summon several Psion Commanders who create an immunity shield around him. In order for this shield to be destroyed, all Psion Commanders must be destroyed. Once the commanders are killed, Qabix's shield will dissipate and they will become vulnerable to damage again.
