Harbinger is an Exotic Quest introduced in Season of the Hunt and can be accessed near The Sludge on the European Dead Zone. The activity can be unlocked by retrieving the As the Crow Flies Quest from The Spider on the Tangled Shore. Completion of this quest rewards the Guardian with the Hawkmoon Catalyst and a version of Hawkmoon with random perks.
