Heretical Knights are specialist Knights seen in the Pit of Heresy, where they defend the Ritual of Suffering within the Scarlet Fortress's depths, retaining the occult energies used in the Hidden Swarm's heretical rituals. They are crucial to the aforementioned encounter and the Tunnels of Despair encounter. Heretical Knights were first made by The Daughters of Crota for Zulmak and his guards. Zulmak has also done more before he went into the pit of heresy. He has killed many enemies such as Zylok, The Exiled Captain. Hartheon, The Broken Mind. Karoks, The Bone Kell. Ceriks, The Lost Assassin. Herok, The Destined. Veron, The Baptised Mind. And many more opponents.
