Ozletc, the Sky Piercer is a Psion Flayer serving the Red Legion seen hidden in Mercury's future. A co-leader along with her sisters Niruul and Tazaroc, she represents Arc energy and is the eldest of her family. She serves as the second boss among the rotating bosses of The Sundial.
