The Black Garden is a mysterious location which is not on any known space and time, and the birthplace of the Vex. A Vex portal to this location is on Mars.[1] Guardians have to bring and wake Zydron, Gate Lord`s Eye to enter the gate of the garden,[2] and destroy its heart.[3] The destruction of its heart will heal the Traveler, lifting the the shroud of Darkness and allowing Light to return to the Traveler.[1]
Trivia
The garden was listed as being on Mars prior to the game's release.[4]
