Primus Ghaul is the main antagonist of Destiny 2 and the commander of the Cabal Red Legion, sent to invade Earth by the order of the Cabal Emperor after the Skyburners' distress call was received. He personally led his forces in an successful surprise attack on the Last City, destroying the Tower and wounding the Traveler. During the attack, the majority of the Last City was destroyed, leaving the Guardians desperate and displaced.[1]
