An Agonarch Rune is received as you kill Hive Majors on the Dreadnaught. It is useless unless you kill the Taken that rotate daily around the Hull Breach and the Mausoleum. You Can Charged it once per day. Once done you will receive a Charged Agonarch Rune. From there go to The Founts and plug in the rune.
