The Eyes of Crota are three Hive Acolytes that acted as Crota's own spies, gathering secrets and information on his enemies.^[1] They are a target in the Disciples of Crota Quest.

Trivia

The Grimoire image for the Eyes is that of an Ogre, but the quest features Acolytes. This may be a developer oversight.
The Eyes of Crota were the only Ultras that take the shape of Acolytes until the debut of the Servant of the Betrothed in Destiny 2.
