Sedna is a Dwarf Planet located on the outermost reaches of Sol, located beyond even the Kuiper Belt.
Overview
At some point following the Collapse, the Vex of the Sol Collective would arrive on the Dwarf Planet and, under the command of Stioceon, Planetary Core, begin converting it into a Machine World.
The Fallen of the House of Onyx would briefly set up a den on the world to rebuild after a conflict with the House of Scar that left them with grievous losses, including the destruction of their Prime Servitor and death of their Archon.
Many years later, after the death of the Witness, Echoes created from its memories and the Traveler' Light were ejected into the galaxy. One Echo would crash on Sedna where Stioceon's Vex would discover it. After some time studying the object, Stioceon would introduce the Echo into its own Radiolaria, allowing it to wield paracausal power and bestow it to its Vex, now dubbed the Sol Convergent.
