The Hands of the Corsairbane are Scorn Chieftains who work as assassins, seeking to eliminate any patrolling Corsairs and wrest control of the Dreaming City from them. They are the lieutenants of Tirksnii, Corsairbane. To find the Hands, one has to obtain the Corsair Down Quest.
