Jynx is a Ghost of the Lucent Brood. When she first raised her Lightbearer, the Hive committed suicide with a Shredder rather than face this fate. Undeterred, the Ghost continued to raise the Acolyte, putting her body together manually before pouring her Light into it. She was determined to continue this until her Hive accepted her^[1].
