Infiltrator Valus is a unique Centurion Valus that serves as the main boss of the Injection Rig Public Event in the European Dead Zone.
Killing a Infiltrator Psion 3 times will summon an Infiltrator Valus.
Infiltrator Valus has slightly higher defense than the average Cabal Centurion, though headshots will still reliably deplete his health if you land them properly.
