Malevolent Blades are rampant Hive Darkblades seen in the final encounter of the In The Deep Mission. They spawn once The Guardian steals the Cryptoglyph and are forced to run, when these Knights are called upon to chase after them and re-secure the Cryptoglyph back into Hive hands.

Trivia

• Unlike other Darkblades the Guardians have encountered, the Malevolent Blade does not posses a helmet.
  • In the Out of the Shadows ViDoc, the Malevolent Blades can be seen with their helmets.
