Elyksis, Wolf Rebel is a unique Vandal encountered in an "Eliminate the Target" Public Event on the Moon.

Judging by their Title, It possible that Elyksis was part of the House of Wolves until he possibly rebelled against them and join the House of Exile.
- Do to this, They (possibly) has similar motives in joining the Exiles like Skoriks, Archon-Slayer, Unlike Skoriks, however they successfully join the Exiles.
