Vorgeth, the Boundless Hunger is a powerful Taken Ogre that appears in the dungeon The Shattered Throne It attempts to reject The Guardian from making their way to Dûl Incaru, the Eternal Return, but ultimately dies in the process. It is one of the Taken enemies that is currently trapped in Quria, Blade Transform's three week time loop of the Dreaming City's curse.

Gameplay

When you walk in the boss room in the Ascendant Plane, Vorgeth will spawn along with numerous adds and the Keeper of Petition. In order to damage the immunity shield that Vorgeth has and Vorgeth itself, the keepers need to be defeated immediately. When killed, a relic will spawn, containing the debuff called "Petitioner's Mark" that lasts 45 seconds. If this debuff's timer runs out, every player participating will die. To retain it, the player will need to kill four Keeper of Petitions to stack the "Petitioner's Mark" four times. Vorgeth will also continuously bombard the player with Arc blasts, promoting a careful behavior. When done, slam the debuff into one of the four plates laying on the outskirts of the arena. With this action completed, Vorgeth's shield is broken and the damage phase starts. Inside the damage phase, the Ogre will stop his main attack and will begin to discharge Axion Bolts. Repeat this cycle until the boss is dead, completing the encounter and rewarding the player with a piece of powerful gear.
