Jolyon Till the Rachis is an Awoken Crow.[1] He was, for a time, Prince Uldren Sov's closest companion.
Biography
He created the Lord of Wolves, a modified Fallen Shrapnel Launcher, for use by the Crows, and later Guardians.[1] He found happiness in refining enemy technology and in exploring new ways in which a weapon could be used.[1]
