Nulsis, Lost to Winter is a Fallen Vandal encountered in the Forgotten Shore during an "Eliminate the Target" Public Event.
Gameplay
Nulsis is a level 5 Vandal that spawns in the Forgotten Shore, in a small cave near the Terrestrial Complex. Guardians have five minutes from the moment he spawns to kill him, and he has six checkpoints he will travel to before he despawns. He behaves like most other Vandals until his health drops low, then he will prioritize fleeing to his checkpoints.
