Bracus Tha'aurn is a Cabal Centurion found in The Buried City. He led a Cabal assault team in an attack on Freehold to try and destroy any last traces of human technology in the area, but the Guardian interfered and was able to fend him off.
Trivia
"Bracus" appears to be a title or rank within the Cabal command structure, along with "Val", "Valus", and "Primus".[1]
