Soliton Flares is a Legendary-class crafting material used in the quest A Sword Reforged. It is used to turn the Legendary Sword Sol Edge into the Exotic Sword Raze-Lighter.[1]. It is collected by harvesting Helium Filaments on the Moon, but is hard to find do to it being very rare.
