Victor Lomar is one of the founders of Crux/Lomar, a City-aligned weapons foundry.[1][2] His foundry, who have collaborated with weaponsmith Feizel Crux in multiple occasions, have created some of the most iconic weapons in the Destiny universe, such as Truth (shoots high-velocity shells that aggressively track targets and explode in close proximity), The Dragon's Breath (shells create a field of napalm that does damage over time), and the almighty Gjallarhorn (shells track targets and split into smaller missiles after detonation). The symbol of the foundry is a gray skull.
