Fhelis, Pledged to Lau'urc is a Dread Subjugator who pledged themselves to the Dune Raiders alongside their other half, Vrhana.
Biography[edit]
Fhelis and Vrhana were two of many Subjugators the Witness created. Following the Witness's destruction, the two and other Dread would become part of a crew led by a Shadow Legion Centurion. While Fhelis and Vrhana doubted the Witness's goals, their commander remained immensely loyal to it.
Around a year later, the Dread crew would be stationed in a Shadow Legion base that would be attacked by Dune Raider forces led by Primus Lau'urc.
