(I strongly believe we should have noted this as its clear on multiple occasions the d2 variant of the Harvester is FTL capable unlikes the d1 variant or Scout Legion Harvester which has to be on board a larger vessel to be able to travel between celestial bodies.)

Unlike Skiffs, Ketches and Tombships, Harvesters cannot teleport; to make up for this they can move at extremely fast speeds as they drop down from low orbit to the surface of planets in a couple of seconds. It is accompanied by a boom with which they kick up dust storms and maneuver through ruined cities. They are armed with a single Solar cannon on the nose that fire at enemies as the ship drops off troops. This cannon fires fast-moving, powerful rockets that track their targets. Harvesters will linger on the battlefield to provide supporting fire to cover the troops they deploy.

Harvesters typically deploy up to three waves of Cabal troops, including Centurions, Legionaries, and Psions. Sometimes they can deploy Colossi.

The Red Legion employs a more advanced variant of the Harvester which is capable of FTL like Guardian Jumpships as demonstrated by Thumos, the Unbroken's personal ship stolen by the Guardian to reach the Almighty.
