Crows are surveillance devices utilized by Uldren Sov. - The crows, as mentioned in the "Queen's Brother" Ghost fragment, are not to be confused with the Prince's intelligence network, also known as the Crows. The distinction is the fact that the organization's name is a proper noun (ie: capitalized), whereas the monitoring devices are not.[1]
