Overview[edit]
A Raider's signature move is their Smoke Dash. When using this ability, they can turn to smoke for several seconds, becoming immune to damage and almost invisible. They use this ability to enter engagements, or to reposition themselves after being fired at. They seem to have a cooldown between uses. As an ability, this move can be stopped though Suppression. Blinding and Freezing effects also seem to work.
Raiders have two main armaments, which influence the way they fight. The ones with Scorn Crossbows act as snipers, placing themselves in faraway positions and firing at distracted targets, and using their dash to reposition. Those armed with Scorn Rifles, or the rare Scorn Mine Launcher, will stay at medium range, pelting their foes with ordnance and weaving through the ranks of their fellows to avoid being struck.
