Tribunal is a Pyramid of the Black Fleet once commanded by Skira. It would join the rest of its fleet during the Collapse, despite its' master's physical death, bringing ruin to the fringe colonies at the system's edge. However, for whatever reason, the ship would be damaged and forced to become grounded upon Pluto. Long would Skira's spirit haunt the ship until the death of the Witness and the arrival of the Echo of Divinity, where the disembodied phantom would become more and more influential and tangible. Following then, the prospective disciple would draw in many who sought power in an effort to find supplicants loyal to her cause.
