Valus To'oros is an infamous and highly respected and influential, yet controversial ship Captain often known for his bizarre, nearly insanity based combat strategies and tendency to disobey direct orders. Before he found himself within the ranks of the Neon Wraiths, following a long and costly battle against a rebellion, he and his crewmates would end up marooned and lost in the void of space for nearly three whole years before finally being recovered by Cabal Scouting parties. After a hasty, superficial psychological evaluation, he would be pulled into the ranks of the Neon Wraiths, where his ship-to-ship combat skills became legendary, eventually finding himself as a lieutenant of the esteemed and legendary former Blood Guard commander, Thumos.
