P.H.O.E.N.I.X.-10 is a Heavy Shank of the Fallen House of Lions, it is the tenth iteration of the Fallen P.H.O.E.N.I.X project, that was created by the House of Lions' Splicers, in a similar fashion to the Fallen S.A.B.E.R project. Although it was mentioned that P.H.O.E.N.I.X.-10 is the first of it's production.
