Mirks, Splicer Recruiter was a Baron in the House of Fear and pretty much lead the house despite not being present often. When Mirks first entered the system he heard of SIVA and immediately lead a team to capture a specimen of it, and after experimenting on it created new armor. He was killed by The Guardian during one of the few rare times Mirks held a meeting at Riis-Reborn.
