The Outer Nexus is a location within the Vex Network. It was entered by the Guardians through the use Splicer tech provided by the House of Light. It was accessible during the Override missions[1] on Europa, the Moon, the Tangled Shore and the Last City, and the story mission The Lost Splicer[2].
