Ultra Overload Taken Ogres are former elite Hive abominations that were Taken, then granted enhanced durability and stamina by the Darkness. They would be further enhanced by Shin'ra, the Sorrow-Maker and granted new abilities.
Gameplay
Like their original counterparts, the Ultra Overload Take Ogres have lost their rapid-fire Void Eye Blast in favor of the Arc Rotten Surge, which is shot in bursts that increase in the rate of fire the longer it keeps shooting. In addition to this, Rotten Surge causes knockback, not strong enough to blow players away into obstacles, but continuous enough to make it harder to get close to the Taken Ogre, and easier for it to push players off of cliffs. Along with their arc surge, their blast also creates the effect of an Anti-Overload shot which delays ability regeneration. The Ultra Overload Take Ogres retain the ground slam and berserk ability possessed by their counterparts but will be in a constant enrage state due to their Overload and regenerative abilities, while still being able to fire their Rotten Surge in their berserk state. To counter the Ogre's regeneration and Overload abilities, the Guardians should utilize Anti-Overload effects, from the Seasonal Artifact or other gear, to stagger the Ogre and temporarily remove its health regeneration. But compared to normal champions, it takes several shots to even suppress its abilities.
