Hangman's Jailers are Elite Scorn enemies—specifically, Lurkers and Chieftains—encountered in the Target: The Hangman Adventure. They serve as wardens, employed by Reksis Vahn, the Hangman, to capture and torture any Fallen Servitor they run across, remaining vigilant over their prisoners during their transfer to the silent sadist.[1]
