Safehouse Hera is a Lost Sector located in the north-east section of the Ishtar Cliffs. A hideout for Cabal Deserters and Red Legion remnants, the Safehouse was originally a strongpoint and covert base for Blood Guard elites, hence the heavy presence of Blood Guard units within the area.

The Guardian discovers the entrance to the Safehouse and encounters Cabal hardware
- The Ghost: Wait, this isn't Fallen equipment. This... this stuff belongs to the Cabal! Alana, we found some Cabal equipment in some cavern here.
- Alana Reyn: Cabal? The Vex should have driven off their lot since the death of Ghaul. If they're here, then either they couldn't get off world or they're up to something.
- The Ghost: Only one way to find out, I guess.

- The Ghost: Hmm. It seems the Cabal here have hooked up some of their most advanced systems to the Vex tech here. And all of it seems to be fed to... Ah ha! I think they were trying to analyze Vex computational programs.
