Mithrax, Kell of Light: Difference between revisions

As the group investigated the Pale Heart, they learned that the collective consciousness that made up the Witness has some "dissenters" in their number and began to send clues to the Guardian on how to defeat the Witness. Though a confrontation between Zavala and the Witness led to the death of Zavala's Ghost, [[Targe]], the group nonetheless gained the intel they needed to properly battle the Witness and and destroy it for good, by targeting it's collective consciousness with the Light. At the site where the Witness was made, the Guardian battled the Witness and, with a blade of Light, destroyed a few of the Veiled Statues holding its collective consciousness together, wounding the entity. Terrified, in pain and infuriated, the Witness expelled the Guardian from its collective and severely wounds them before assuming its true dreadful form, sending the Vanguard group to retreat. Mara fortunately arrived just in time with the H.E.L.M., rescuing the Vanguard from the Witness's attack. Despite its victory in the battle, the group believed they still had a chance to stop the Final Shape after proving that the Witness could be wounded. As such, Mara brought the Coalition's full might with her, Mithrax and his House of light were among those forces, Ready to defend their Great Machine.

As the Coalition began preparing their forces for the final battle against the Witness, Crow had informed Mithrax that  the remaining fractured House Salvation forces within the pale heart were converging on [[The Blooming]]. Ikora also added that she could sense the Traveler was calling out in pain, indicating that whatever House Salvation was up to, it wasn't anything good. Knowing the dangers, Mithrax and The Guardian arrived at House Salvation's base to investigate and disrupt their operation. After disabling the bases defenses, Mithrax spliced into House Salvation's communications to uncover their plans. It was there that the team discovered that House Salvation were mapping out the [[Tree of Silver Wings]] in that area, Searching for weak points within it's roots to weaken the Traveler. With the situation now clear, the Guardian made their way to the trees root system. But after disabling the fallen barrier blocking their way, It was revealed that the House Salvation leader of this operation was an old enemy from Mithrax's past; [[Korha, the Hollow]]. Upon seeing the Captain, Mithrax immediately called for the Guardian to use their light to bring Korha to justice. Unfortunately, Korha would escape the Guardians grasp, Which infuriated Mithrax. Although they stopped House Salvation's operation within the Pale Heart, both Mithrax and Ikora knew that Korha was too dangerous to be left alive and must be brought to justice.
