https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPcK9REh_qY based on the armor descriptions in this video, particularly the line "the City prospers under our field of order and justice", and the justiciar armor set, new monarchy is a judicial organization. To an extent. I've added text in the spirit of "New Monarchy claims jurisdiction," but whether they actually have it is iffy (as far as I can tell). Factions being factions, they don't necessarily speak for the whole, even if they think they do (unless there's impartial evidence to the contrary).--Hawki (talk) 18:27, 25 June 2014 (EDT)
