Lightblade's Disciples are a group of Hive Knights encountered throughout the Strike The Lightblade, acting as servants to the Lightbearer champion, Alak-Hul, the Lightblade, assisting in holding off the Guardians attacking the Temple of the Navigator. They appear alongside the Lightblade's Warriors during the final boss fight, summoned whenever Alak-Hul loses a third of his health, and must be killed in order to disable the Lightblade's immunity and return to damaging him.
In the Nightfall version of the strike, a few of the Lightblade's Disciples are replaced by a Barrier Knight when playing on Legend difficulty.[1]
