Xivu Arath's Horde: Difference between revisions

The Witness did indeed managed to reach Earth, leading to a heated battle to commence as the Vanguard Coalition sought to protect the Traveler from the Black Fleet and Calus's [[Shadow Legion]]. Despite their efforts and the Traveler itself retaliating but were left unable to stop The Witness from subduing the Traveler and sending his Disciple to Neptune to locate an artifact called The Veil. The Guardians followed and though they succeeded in killing Calus and holding the line against the Shadow Legion on Earth, The Witness nonetheless got what it wanted in using the Veil in establishing a connection with the Traveler, creating a gateway upon it with the Vanguard Coalition unable to follow.

The Vanguard made attempts to pass through the Gateway The Witness created but their efforts were fruitless. However, things took a turn when they received word of Titan's return and hearing a distress call from Deputy Commander Sloane. Ecstatic, Zavala gathers a team involving the Guardian to locate Sloane but as they land at the New Pacific Arcology, they become swarmed with Xivu Arath's Horde and Taken, even hearing the bellow voice of Xivu Arath herself. Despite the Horde's efforts, the Guardians were able to locate Sloane but one kilometer down within the moon's methane oceans. Though Sloane was partially afflicted with Taken energies when Titan disappeared, she was saved by a massive aquatic creature named Ahsa who claimed to be an old enemy of The Witness and she had a message for the Guardians regarding The Witness. Agreeing to aid Sloane in deciphering Ahsa's messages using a coral egregore found deep in Titan's depths, battling Xivu Arath's Horde and Taken that sought to stop them.
