Scanner Splicers are Fallen Vandal Splicers of the House of Salvation that have been augmented with Scanner technology stolen from the Clovis Bray corporation. They appear throughout the Operation: Seraph's Shield Exotic Mission, both inside the Launch Center and on board Seraph Station.[1]
