Operator Splicers are Fallen Vandal Splicers of the House of Salvation that have been augmented with Operator technology stolen from the Clovis Bray corporation. They are found throughout Seraph Station during the Operation: Seraph's Shield Exotic Mission.[1]
Gameplay
Operator Splicers are Elite-tier enemies encounter during Operation: Seraph's Shield, often protected by the House Salvation Kellsguard. Although they are usually equipped with Shock Rifles, one of them found on the outside of the station wields a Molten Welder. Much like the Operator Vandals in the Deep Stone Crypt Raid, these Fallen will drop Operator Augments upon death, which will highlight specific panels in red and indicating that they need to be shot in order to reveal other control panels and progress further through the mission.
