Operator Splicers are Fallen Vandal Splicers of the House of Salvation that have been augmented with Operator technology stolen from the Clovis Bray corporation. They are found throughout Seraph Station during the Operation: Seraph's Shield Exotic Mission.[1]
Gameplay
