Empathic Sentinel is a powerful Storm Minotaur that appears in the "O Captain" World Quest on Nessus. New types of the Empathic Sentinel have appeared in Goblin and Hydra form although not much else is known weather or not they serve some purpose or if they are just a common enemy. No other versions of Vex "sentinels" have been found
