Val Palusk was a Cabal Val seen in the Incursion Adventure. Palusk was the head of the Cabal operation responsible for the salvaging and theft of Golden Age technology. He was killed by The Guardian in their mission to stop the raids on Clovis Bray and the Futurescape.
