The Overload Chieftain regenerates health like all Overload [[Champion]]s do. In addition to its regeneration, it deploys all 3 totem variants to prevent Guardians from stopping it. It can deploy Ether-Shields to protect itself, deploy Ether-Torches to force Guardians out of cover, and/or deploy Ether-Binds to slow down Guardians long enough for its Scorn minions to flank them. The totems themselves emit Dark tendrils to make it stand out from the totems its standard brethrens use. An Overload Cheftain can be stunned by first destroying any Ether-Shields the Chieftains have deployed, then using mods or Exotic weapons capable of stunning Overload Champions such as [[Divinity]].
